News on Deptford Parks Proposals

Back to news

Thank you to all who have contributed!

Over the last year and a half we have delivered engagement events on streets, in schools, at youth clubs and community meetings to hear your views on how to make the Deptford Parks Liveable Neighbourhood area ‘healthier’ for the people who live, work and travel through it. We have spoken to as many people as possible during this time, and heard from many more via this commonplace website.

It has been a fascinating journey and we want to thank everyone who has shared their views so far.

What happens next?

We have heard what you have had to say and we have developed proposals to reflect your feedback. We are now publicly consulting on these proposals.

Please follow this link to view these designs and comment. This is a public consultation and will run from November 4th until 3rd January 2020 so please share widely! Please note you will not be able to comment on this commonplace site, only on the LBL website provided.

After consultation

After this consultation closes, a consultation report will be produced, outlining what the London Borough of Lewisham will be pursuing.

This will lead to detailed designs being produced, with the aim to implement these designs towards the end of 2020.
