(on Inwen Court Side) A proper wall (e.g. brick) will provide ground floor residents with privacy and reduce direct noise pollution from this proposed route and associated traffic. Remove access points into Inwen Court as can be accessed from Grinstead Road side. Ensure path is lit and has CCTV. Fence should be very sturdy (not just a chain link fence that people can easily cut). A high brick wall with serrated metal on top to prevent climbers. Mature trees needed (not just grass and low level bushes)
